Agreement and Non-Refundability

I have read the JetQuest FOUNDERS CIRCLE AGREEMENT in full and understand it. My enrollment fee ($1,800 or $2,500) is fully non-refundable from the moment of payment, lifetime perks activate immediately, and the standard 48-hour refund window does not apply to Founders Circle enrollment.

Program Nature and Legal Terms

I understand the Founders Circle is not an investment, security, or equity stake and confers no ownership, profit-sharing, or financial return. "Lifetime" perks depend on JetQuest's continued operation and may be modified or discontinued per Section 11. Initiating a chargeback in violation of this Agreement is a material breach.
