A Message to Our Community from CEO & Founder, Jonathon Lewis

Hey JetQuest fam,

As we move closer to 2026, I want to speak directly to the people who have walked this journey with us: the travelers, supporters, and community members who have helped shape JetQuest into what it is today.

Ive been in the travel industry over a decade, my entire adult life. For the last 5 years its been the most fulfilling, exciting, and challenging task trying to build something like JetQuest through a fast changing world.

Over the past few years, we have hosted 21 international experiences, welcomed more than 500 travelers, introduced new host, and cultivated a global community that has grown into something far deeper than vacations. JetQuest has become a place where friendships begin (and marriages lol), perspectives shift, and moments are created that stay with you long after the plane lands.

As a young, fast growing company, we have learned a great deal along the way. Some lessons came easily, and others required honesty and adjustment, but each one made us sharper, stronger, and more committed to excellence.

JetQuest has always been built on transparency, creativity, and the belief that group travel becomes transformational when the right people come together in the right environment. As we move into this next chapter, we are elevating our systems, expanding our team, and strengthening our structure to ensure every JetQuest experience is smoother, safer, and more refined than ever before.

2026 will be the most important year in our history.

We are preparing to introduce:

• A full annual JetQuest schedule featuring our most curated destinations

• A more organized internal operations system

• A redesigned customer experience from booking to boarding

• And most importantly, the first public release of the JetQuest App

This app represents a dream I have held for years. It's something I wish I had as a traveler, and something I wish existed as a travel business owner. It is a platform specifically built for group travel, culture, and community.

Inside the JetQuest App, you will be able to:

• Simplify the trip creation process

• Streamline travel operations for host to run a successful business

• Automate processes that are currently all manual with AI

• Guest can book experiences quickly and securely

• Connect with travelers before, during, and after each trip

• Receive real-time updates and itinerary details

• Join community conversations

• Explore content, share memories, and stay connected

This technology marks the next evolution of JetQuest. It bridges culture, connection, and travel in a way that has not existed before.

Like any early stage journey, we have experienced both highs and challenges. There were moments when we had to pause, readjust, and rebuild. We corrected systems, strengthened communication, and elevated our internal operations. These moments were not setbacks. They were part of becoming a company with long term vision and global impact. Through it all, the support, love, and belief from this community has been our driving force. JetQuest is evolving in every area: operations, customer experience, technology, team structure, communication, and mission.

And those who have traveled with us know exactly what JetQuest brings: energy, hospitality, culture, intention, and a community of extraordinary people from around the world.
